Friendly, approachable staff, they could not do enough to make me feel welcome. The hotel turndown and room cleaning service was excellent. I loved the location of the hotel too. It was easy to check in and out too.

Very nice hotel despite it is a bit old fashion to me. Location wonderfull just next to petronas towers. Service is absolutely impeccable with lovely people to welcome you. Only thing when I went they were renovating and we couldn't have access to the swimming pool and the gym was hard to go to. Otherwise very nice.
