We have stayed at Melia several times and really love their The-level rooms. If you are staying in these rooms, quick check-in, check-out, all-day drinks and breakfast are served in the Executive Lounge on the top floor. The staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful, however, I found the variety at breakfast was quite minimal.

I've stayed here a quite a number of times already, and have always been more than satisfied… Rooms were spacious indeed. Breakfast range was quite wide. Try getting there before 8.30 am as the breakfast cafe is not very big.

Clean and nice room at level 9 which was rather smoke free even though it's on a smoking floor. No free wifi if you're staying in the guest rooms. Hotel faces the Berjaya Times Square and Imbi monorail station, but there isn't a shelter from the station to the hotel.
