In recent years, Cityline has been adding more trips from Singapore to Malaysia including Malacca, Kuala Lumpur and Cameron Highlands. There are several pick-up points in Singapore where you can take the Cityline express bus to Malaysia:

- Serangoon NEX MRT Station Exit E
- Tampines MRT Exit B
In Malacca, the Cityline bus stops at the following hotels: Casa Del Rio, Hatten Place, Hatten Hotel, Noble Resort Hotel and The Straits Hotel. In Kuala Lumpur, it stops at Ancasa Hotel, Tribecca Serviced Suite, Dorsett Regency, Swiss Garden Hotel, Berjaya Times Square, Restoran Win Heng Seng at Jalan Imbi and Chinatown.
Cityline buses to Cameron Highlands operate on Friday only and you can choose to drop off at Brinchang, Copthorne Hotel, Hotel Titiwangsa and Tanah Rata.

For express bus from Singapore to Malacca Sentral, the timings are 7.15pm from Bugis MRT and 7.45pm from Jurong East. The express bus from Singapore to Cameron Highlands is available once a week on Friday only.
